Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had mixed experiences with clean and comfortable rooms but a disappointing dining experience. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient. I found the price reasonable.
The hotel offers nice, clean rooms with fun amenities and a cozy bed. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. However, the noisy location near a restaurant disturbed our relaxation. The dining experience was good but with some noise concerns.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but they were excessively dark which made it tough for me to apply makeup. The staff was fantastic and welcoming. The location suited my needs perfectly, walkable to the city center, but the lack of lift access in my room area was inconvenient. The dining experience was top-notch, with a delicious evening meal offer available, though the breakfast was smaller than expected. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, with its roomy space and seating area, was nicely decorated with all facilities available. However, the noise from banging and loud music till midnight was a downside. I wish they had a slightly bigger choice of draught beers, but it seems they cater more to discerning guests.
The hotel offers spacious and well-decorated rooms, albeit with initial truffle presentation concerns, leading to a good dining experience. The noise level from outside activities was noticeable but promptly solved by the Duty Manager reallocating us. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating while the location was well-suited for our visit to Aberdeen.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were lovely, exceptionally clean, and spacious, but there have been ongoing issues. The service was fantastic, with honest and very helpful staff. The location was convenient for getting into town, but it could be clearer on booking. The dining options were a bit underwhelming, and the facilities were decent but need improvement.
